PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING (GDPR)

Purposes of personal data processing Personal data (name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, product ordered by the customer) are processed by the company (controller) Vivovita d.o.o., Pot heroja Trtnika 27, 1261 Ljubljana Dobrunje, processes solely for the following purposes:

  • to keep records of customers, which are published on the website of the company Vivovita d.o.o. – vivozebra.si
  • to send e-mails (news) to inform about new products on vivozebra
  • to review sent e-mails that an individual has opened or not opened, which links they have opened or clicked on (which content they have read or viewed), how long they have read or viewed individual content;
  • to segment individuals based on the facts from the previous paragraph and to further send customized (individualized) e-mail messages (this means that different individuals may receive e-mail messages with different content) for the purpose of better (more relevant) communication with individuals and achieving a higher response rate to sent e-mail messages;
  • for the purposes of analyzing the user's journey on the website: where the user came from to the website (traffic source), to monitor their stay on the website, which pages they visited, which content they downloaded or viewed.

All analysis and data management is solely for the internal records of Vivovita d.o.o. Personal data protection Vivovita d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2007) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and guarantees the following rights to individuals in the context of personal data protection: The right to request access to personal data and the following information or matters from Vivovita d.o.o. as the personal data controller at any time:

  • the purposes of the processing,
  • the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed,
  • the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period,
  • the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling,
  • the reasons for it, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the individual,
  • a free copy of the personal data in a format specified by the individual (if the request is made by electronic means of communication and does not require otherwise, the copy shall be provided in electronic form). For additional copies requested, the controller may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the costs,
  • rectification of inaccurate personal data,
  • restriction of processing where the individual contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
  • erasure of all personal data (right to be forgotten) if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, in particular if I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data.
  • A copy of personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the original controller.
  • the cessation of the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
  • not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, if the conditions laid down in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.

The right to lodge a complaint against the controller with the Information Commissioner if I believe that the processing of my personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation. Procedure for exercising individual rights I am aware that I can address all of the above requests regarding the exercise of rights in relation to personal data in writing to the controller at the e-mail address info@ vivovita.net I am aware that the controller may request additional information from me for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of exercising rights relating to personal data, and may only refuse to take action if it can prove that it cannot reliably identify me. I am aware that the controller must respond to my request to exercise my rights in relation to the above-mentioned personal data without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request.
