RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For distance contracts, the buyer has the right to notify the company within fourteen days that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for their decision. The company shall be deemed to have been notified of the return in a timely manner once the shipment has been dispatched, and the returned products must be undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, rendered inoperable, lost, or reduced in quantity through no fault of the buyer.
Unless the contracting parties (the company and the buyer) have agreed otherwise, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for purchased cosmetics that they have already used, as opened and used cosmetic products are, by their nature, not suitable for return. We inform all buyers that, for hygiene and health reasons, we do not exchange or refund open cosmetic products that are no longer in their original packaging, have been used, or have had their safety and protective coatings removed (unless this has been previously agreed with the company).

If the consumer has withdrawn from the contract in a timely manner, the company must refund the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product. If the contract was terminated before the product was delivered and the buyer paid for the product in advance, the company is obliged to refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The only cost incurred by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. Out-of-court dispute resolution and other legal remedies
The seller shall make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably, but if this is not possible, the court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.
In accordance with legal regulations, Vivovita d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes that consumers may initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
On November 14, 2015, the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 81/2015) came into force. The dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/

This regulation stems from the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
